RESONANT CAPACITORS

The Resonant Capacitors, EFPR series are used for medium and low frequency heating, smelting and compensation of the AC side of the resonant induction power supply. Our resonant capacitors are designed with heat spreading copper plates that allow them to handle extremely high RMS currents. They are ideal for use in tank circuits found in Resonant Power Supplies, RF Amplifiers, Welding Equipment, Induction Heating and Electric Vehicle Charging Stations. Induction heating capacitors Capacitor tank size and layout of studs can be customized designed and made per your special request according to your existing cabinet size and copper busbar layout; the main parameters - voltage (V), capacity (kVAr), frequency (Hz), current (A), capacitance (µF) will be designed and made to fit to customers.

The high power resonant capacitor is one of our produced products, we now can produce more than 300 different type capacitors. The High Power Resonant Capacitor uses coarse polypropylene film and high-performance liquid (excluding PCB) as composite medium, high-purity aluminum foil as electrode plate, copper screw with porcelain sleeve and cooling water pipe as lead out terminal, aluminum alloy plate as shell and water cooling pipe inside. Most of them are rectangular box structure. The capacitor is mainly used in inductive heating system to increase power factor or improve circuit characteristic, it also used in melting and casting equipment.  Resonant capacitors are mainly used in controllable or adjustable AC power systems with rated voltages up to 3.6 kV and frequencies of 50 kHz and below, specifically designed to improve the power factor of induction heating, melting, stirring or casting devices, and similar applications. Electric capacitor is mainly used in induction heating for improving power factor of the system, or to improve circuit characteristics.
